Refund Policy
I want you to love your art from The Squirrelly Studio! If something isn't quite right, here’s what you need to know:
Returns:
Due to the nature of my artwork, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery. I’ll be happy to help you sort it out!
Exchanges:
I don’t offer exchanges, but if there’s an issue with your order (like damage during shipping), I’ll do my best to make things right.
Refunds:
If your item is damaged or you received the wrong order, I’ll gladly issue a refund once I’ve received the returned item (in its original condition). Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item was damaged in transit.
